Kids Art: Dripping

I have posted about our tabletop monoprinting before and this morning Immy asked if we could finger paint. Who am I to say no to such a brilliantly, fun sensory experience for a developing brain?

There were big, swooping butterflies using whole arm movements.

And the pitter patter of delicate finger tip raindrops.

And then there was the (continual) request to drip more paint from the bottle onto her hands.

I can only imagine that it felt really good.

Now I am going to have to put on my thinking cap to create some other great, sensory dripping experiences. Any ideas?
