Love Birds

Thank you to those who left such kind comments about my collage recreated from Immy’s artwork which will eventually hang in her room.

Today I thought I would share another artwork which I will also be using. This one is a print called Love Birds which I purchased online at Printspace.

I think I see a theme developing here, which was actually completely unintentional. I have just been choosing bits and pieces that I adore!

I love this! I'm a sucker for birds and this is just gorgeous. Think I'm drawn to pretty, whimsical things like this because I live in a house full of boys. On the other hand, Mr3 brought me a tiny, perfectly formed birds nest that he'd found in the back garden this morning. "Isn't it beautiful," he said. "I think it's a nest." It is and it was. Thanks for sharing!

That's really beautiful. As I start to think about (finally) decorating my 2-year-old daughter's room, I think I like the pretty, whimsical girlish things, but I don't want pink and purple fairies. I love to see that you're creating a lovely girlish room that leaves a lot of room for her personality.
