We Play: For Play Ideas that Work

Thank you again for your ongoing support of We Play, it is fantastic to see so many great, achievable play ideas being shared. In fact, there were so many fun ideas included in last week’s We Play that I found it impossible to choose just one favourite. I actually have… three!!! So why not try walking tall, flying high or setting up a prop box.

Play ideas for toddlers

We have had our teepee out again and this time I set it up with a basket of percussion instruments and xylophone.
Immy has been in and out of it all week, inviting all manner of ‘friends’ over to join her band or sing along. I am about as musical as a block of wood and so I try to make a conscious effort to include music regularly in our play. Watch out later this week for a musical ideas post from someone much more qualified than me to speak of such things 🙂

I love her tent! I think it's so nice for kids to have a little retreat like this. Thanks for featuring us too.

  4. I'm not joining in this week, for the first time ever! Feels a little strange but I did do something brave and share our less than perfect toys instead!

Every time I come over to your wonderful blog I think "why am I not following this wonderful blog?" and then I get distracted catching up on your terrific posts and forget to follow. Repeat cycle ad nauseum.

Well, not this time. I won't let your fab writing, great ideas and handy tips lure me away from joining your disciples. You will not succeed…x

PS – thank you for your wonderful blog!
