We Play: It’s Bursting with Playful Ideas

It is still (very!) hot here so water play continues to make an almost daily appearance. This week what was previously a water wonderland for sea creatures became an island getaway for the inhabitants of a rather large cruise ship – otherwise known as a juice bottle with paper sail – all within the cool confines of a few inches of water in our paddle pool. The island featured shells which have acted as beds, chairs and surfboards, rocks, a few small ‘palm trees’ and a stick bonfire. I love that creating fun and playful little worlds like this is actually very, very simple.

How did you go with last week’s We Play commenting challenge? With an amazing 66 posts linked up you were certainly spoilt for playful choice 🙂  Remember We Play goes live each week on Tuesdays at 6am Perth/Australia time (which I believe is Monday afternoon in the US).

And now it is over to you, what are you playing this week?

Join us at We Play to build a playful community. This post will tell you more about We Play if it is  your first time playing.  Have fun visiting and commenting on the great blogs linked up this week.
