100 Days of School Books

Will you be celebrating the 100th day of school with your students this year? Reading a title from this list of 100 Days of School books is a great way to combine literacy with the mathematical process of counting the first 100 days.

100th Day of School books

There are books included on this list that will work for preschool, kindergarten and the early elementary/primary grades. Many of the stories share how the characters celebrate the 100th day of school as an occasion, which is a great way to prepare children for the day and also plan ways in which your own class or group might celebrate together.

I’ve also included a few books about a hundred, such as If I Were 100 Years Old and If the World Were 100 People, that are perfect for reading with children on your 100th day.

100 Days of School Books

As with all of my book lists, I encourage you to please take a moment to read reviews and age recommendations for any titles you are unfamiliar with. Each title is linked to an Amazon page where you can find further information (these are affiliate links).
