‎2010 has bough much change to my life setting us in good stead for 2011, I don't bid 2010 farewell bitterly but thankfully and welcome 2011 with open arms, looking forward to the adventure it brings.

2010 was for us a strangely quiet year. The first year in many that my husband has not changed jobs. We moved house but even that was just a minor hump in the road that was 2010. I thought 2010 would be a year where I got much more time to myself with both girls in school part time, instead I was busier than I have ever been. Yet oddly it felt calm and quiet at the same time.

what a wonderful poem. 2010 has been challenging for us and we are ready to be out with the old and in with the new! I keep thinking of a verse from scripture that says mourning will last for the night but JOY comes with the morning. I hope the New Year brings you much happiness. Ps. I love the new look of your blog!

I think I've learned more about myself in this year than in any one previous year. And I'll try to hold onto that for 2011 - the good and the bad :-) Happy New Year Christie - looking forward to lots more playtime in the new year xxxCate
