Create a gorgeous garden themed birthday party without spending a fortune with these fabulous DIY party ideas.
Ideas for a Garden Themed Birthday Party
Paper birds with concertina wings made from scrapbooking paper are gorgeous when hung mobile like over the party food table.
The table is covered with artificial grass as a fun garden-like tablecloth.
Butterfly lollipop suckers (see another image below) make not only a lovely take home party favour but a pretty decoration as well.
Garden inspired pictures are drawn onto the windows with window crayons plus the trampoline is adorned with simple green streamers for a little extra jumping fun.
Party Food Ideas

- Fresh berries
- Homemade apricot balls and date and coconut balls
- Flower cupcakes, decorated with marshmallows and Smarties
- Flower pots made from small pots of jelly or mousse, lollipops and peppermint leaf lollies

The birthday cake is beautifully wrapped in tulle and ribbon and decorated with coloured sprinkles and net butterflies.
Scented playdough (coloured green, orange and brown) is put out with a range of seed pods and sticks, artificial flowers and small insect, lizard and frog figurines for free play.
