101 Fun Ways to Keep Kids Learning All Summer Long

Summer is my favourite time of year. The long, warm, sunny days. School finished for the year so no frantic rush of the school day mornings or taxiing kids between after-school activities. The smell of freedom is in the air…at least until my kids start nagging me to go out everyday…or the guilt of too much screen time begins to weigh on my conscience!

If you are heading into summer with your kids, this printable list of fun, playful activities is sure handy to have hanging on the fridge, as a prompt to get kids thinking about what they can do next whenever they’re feeling bored or at a loose end.

Summer learning activities

As well as being fun, the activities on this list all promote playful investigation and/or learning. Perfect for keeping kids learning all summer long…without them even realising it! Plus, it’s the perfect partner to our other printable 101 activity list – 101 Things to Do Outdoors.
