We Play: You Should Too!

Immy has shown a renewed interest in her dress ups over the past few days, it is funny how children go through cycles of interest with their toys. This morning she would pull out a dress up item, put it on and then give me a clue so I could guess what she was dressed up as;
“I have a red hat and I drive a big truck,” and, “I have feathers and I fly,” were two that I recall.
Inspired again by our favourite show, Playschool, we made our version of a cat mask using craft foam, drinking straws and black electrical tape. So easy and yet so much fun 🙂 Can you say ‘meow!?!’

What have you been playing this week?

Please read this post if it is your first time playing 🙂 Please remember, We Play is a place to link up actual play experiences.

Project Teepee Time for a picnic, a game of cowboys and Indians, a cosy place to sit and read, camping by torchlight, a tea party with friends or rocket ship shooting to the stars – so many great imaginative play possibilities in one fab play space.

Get busy sewing now and have your very own Project Teepee ready in time for Christmas.

    Dress ups have been popular in our house over the weekend and seem to come out each time the girl next door is visiting. As do all the food stuffs, and they all end up in my spare room where the girls have their picnics :)
