Best of 2014: Top Ideas for Family Homes

I can hardly believe that it is nearly the end of 2014, the time that I traditionally share lists of the most popular posts on the blog for the year, and today I am starting with our best ideas related to family homes (though somehow a few less literal popular ‘home’ posts snuck into this collection!)
Sharing Our Best Family Home Ideas for 2014We love our Ikea so it is absolutely no surprise that 9 Playful Ikea Hacks topped this year’s list of family home posts.

In second position, saving money with these 12 Budget Busting Hacks for Your Home was also a popular choice.

If you are looking for inspiration for managing your children’s art supplies, be sure to check out 9 Kids Art Space & Storage Ideas.

And who would have thought that Lego Storage & Organisation could be so controversial! Some Facebook friends think that organising Lego is like shovelling while it’s still snowing 😉

Less controversial but still on the theme of organising kids stuff, these 8 Dress Up Storage Solutions were a big hit.

Preparing a home away from home proved important for those fans of A Family Camping Checklist for Beginners.

We are big on parties at home here so it is no surprise that 25 Fun & Fab Party Favour or Loot Bag Ideas and How to Create a Beautiful Children’s Party on a Budget rounded up our list of top ‘at home’ posts for the year!

What challenges are you hoping to tackle in your home in 2015?
