I was recently inspired by this gorgeous tissue paper window collage featured on the wonderful blog, Filth Wizardry. Whilst I love their window a lot, I didn’t think Immy had the concentration to do such an enormous, and potentially toddler messy, project justice. Then I had the idea to create a simpler, quicker, toddler version using clear Contact paper as the adhesive rather than glue.
Starting out with tissue paper shapes and coloured cellophane squares, and spontaneously singing, “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” as she went 🙂

It was quick and easy and not at all messy – the perfect way for a toddler and a mama to pass the morning away!
