Sunday-ing

A simple Sunday spent close to home…

A precious toddler drawing of a ‘rainbow’

Homemade banana milkshakes (and pea and ham soup bubbling in the slow cooker!)

Good old fashioned play which never goes out of vogue

and dodging the rain to cut trunks into stumps… part of a project under construction which I will share soon.

I am a bit sad that it is now Sunday evening. Sunday evenings lead to Monday mornings and Dad 101 heading back off to work when we aren’t quite ready to share him with the world outside our front door.

What did your Sunday look like?

I'm a big fan of lazy Sundays. Particularly this Sunday where the husband let me sleep in until well past 10.

    Your Sunday looks delightful.

My best friend came over to visit today. We had great chats, played with my girls. I got a chance to do cooking with both girls. We played more. We had fun :)

We had a lovely quiet Sunday too. Boardgames in our jamies and then out in the arvo for a walk and a coffee. Nice.
