Our Lego mosaics are back and this one is a bumper! We set ourselves the challenge of creating a Lego world map and I think we did a pretty great job.
Lego mosaics are fun for primary/elementary school aged children. They involve lots of sorting, matching, counting, adding, subtracting, even dividing and multiplying. The patterns don’t actually tell you which Lego bricks to use so there are lots of different brick combinations that can work in completing each picture, you can even choose your own brick colour combinations. You will need a large 48 stud baseboard for each part of the map and loose bricks like the ones in the Classic Creative Brick Boxes.
Why not set this as a building challenge as part of your world geography study or even as an Earth Day project!
