How to Make Reindeer Christmas Cupcakes
You will need:
- 12 vanilla cupcakes – we suggest you try our healthy vanilla cupcakes recipe
- Chocolate icing
- Red dot candy
- Pretzels
- Icing piping kit
Directions:
1. Ensure that your cupcakes are cool before decorating. Using a piping bag, frost each cupcake with chocolate icing.
Start along the edge of the cupcake and work your way in and up with the frosting.
Place iced cupcakes in the freezer for about 5 minutes to allow the icing to stiffen before adding the pretzels.
2. Next add a pretzel antler to each side of the cupcake. Use a little of the icing to help hold the pretzels in place.
3. Add a red candy to the top of each up cake as Rudolph’s nose.
And that’s it, couldn’t be easier! And easier is exactly what we want during the busy holiday season. All that’s left to do is serve and enjoy!
